Helping Hand Foundation Needs 385 Stationery Kits

It is said that a paper and pen have the power to change lives. They can nurture dreams, start revolutions and stop them as well. We, at Helping Hand Foundation (HHF) can vouch for this.

At HHF, we believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive—regardless of their circumstances. However, for children from marginalized communities—daily wage earners, single mothers, abandoned mothers, and migrant labourers,  education is often a distant dream. To help them dream and to convert their dreams into reality, we founded a free primary and bridge school in Hyderabad. If we thought that founding schools was a challenge, running them is a bigger one. Finding donors to meet all our requirements is still a distant dream.

For families struggling to make ends meet, even a notebook, a pen or a pair of shoes can mean the difference between their child going to school and dropping out. This is the gap we are trying to fill. We truly believe that education is the right of every child and stationery must not be the reason for dropping out of school. At the moment, we have around 300 students who depend on us for their education.  We provide 100% free, holistic support that goes beyond classrooms. This includes zero tuition fees, free uniforms, Stationery kits, free shuttle service and counselling support. At this point, we are seeking donors who can provide the children with stationery support.
