Over the last 3 decades, FEED has been working extensively towards the welfare of orphan students and widows. Last year alone, they disbursed scholarships of nearly 63 lakhs among 1614 deserving orphan students in Rayalseema.

This year, they have identified nearly 10,000 deserving students who need scholarships to continue their education in Telangana & A.P. states.

Education is the most important powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. – Nelson Mandela.

This Ramadan, let us gift them this weapon. It can change their world and the world at large.

About FEED

Foundation for Economic and Educational Development (FEED) was founded in 1996 by Mr. Ghiasuddin Babukhan in Hyderabad, bringing together visionaries committed to social change. Built on the belief that education empowers and knowledge liberates, FEED operates across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh through a network of schools and educational initiatives.

FEED manages 91 Urdu-medium schools in remote villages, educating 22,000 students through 165 dedicated teachers, and 3 English-medium schools in urban and semi-urban areas serving 1,500 students and has created over 185,000 literates in 25 years, with 72% being girls. Education, books, and uniforms are provided free of cost in these schools.

Beyond basic education, FEED offers comprehensive scholarship programs supporting deserving students in various fields including medicine, engineering, nursing, pharmacy, and management studies.
