‘Roshni for Hyderabad’ is a groundbreaking initiative by SAFA designed to empower 25 women per cohort from poor and marginalized backgrounds from areas of old city Hyderabad, equipping them with the skills and support to build sustainable businesses and support their families with dignity. It is designed to create Hyper Local Markets through self- employment and promote women entrepreneurship.
The initiative includes training, setup support, mentoring and generating business for them through marketing platforms and buyer-seller meets. Providing them administrative and operational aid via Tijarah is an important aspect of this plan. The cost of creating entrepreneurs through this tailored and integrated business model is approximately Rs 13,650 per entrepreneur.
Your sponsorship of 13650/- per woman will help SAFA provide incubation support for 8 months after which each woman will be able scale up her business by 200% and more, expand her markets and provide employment to at least 1 person in her business.
